Fixed Fee Divorce Packages
(All packages are inclusive of all cost except the court fee for lodging the petition and process server fee or translation fees if required. The court fee is an official court charge and the same for everyone.)
Advise on Divorce £250 plus VAT
We supply you with all necessary forms and guidance for you to complete forms issue and conduct your own proceedings. As this is a DIY package no legal support will be available, you can upgrade to our Bespoke Divorce package at any time. This package will include 1 hour advice session on divorce process and all steps required by you to successfully complete the divorce.
Bespoke Divorce – £775 plus vat
This package includes a start to finish service with a qualified solicitor with completion of all forms and all correspondence and query handling.
Change of name – £250 plus va
This service fee includes a telephone free 30 minutes consultation with a qualified solicitor assigned to your case. We will prepare the change of name deed for you and also send you 3 certified copies. Please note we will require consent from all parties who have Parental responsibility if the Deed is for a child.
